This is a great local place for storage without paying a crazy amount. The staff is super helpful and very professional as well.

The staff at ESS is amazingly kind and I would rent from them again. The rent does go up but you have to remember that storage is suppose to be temporary not for years on end. The staff seem to care about everyone going into their facility which is fantastic in this day in age. You wont be disappointed if you rent from them.

This is a wonderful place to store you extra stuff, or to help you in making a transition to a new home or apartment in the Monterey Bay area. Close to Hwy. 1 (Casa Verde exit) and just off Del Monte Ave. (so easy to find) they provide a very safe and secure facility that is well kept up and has an automated gate system where you can come and go quickly and easily once you've rented a unit with your own personalized entry code. All the gals that work in the office are exceptional! They're always kind and ready to give a helping hand! Now, get $50 credit for referring a friend! Will never store anywhere else on the Peninsula! :)

I recently for the first time got a storage unit as I downsized living quarters. Staff are super nice, facility seems clean and safe. Are all storage places out to gouge people for an extra buck or is it just me? I don't blame the physical facility or the staff for that. I think it is just the way it is.

Easy and secure access. The staff is great. Very friendly and professional. Absolute pleasure to do business with. Pricing is fair. Space was very clean. Really nice that they have carts available to use. I feel that my equipment is very secure. I would highly recommend them.

This place is a maximum security site! I love it. 177 a month for a second story 10 by something room.. fantastic. The bathrooms are clean and the staff here is courteous. Marion was very helpful (she is the keeper of the units don't mess with her!) Codes to get in and out.. folks keep to themselves and there is lots of equipment to haul your stuff

Emily S. Rob, the manager at ESS in Monterey has asked me to get in touch with you directly as he said that you set the rates. There, however, is NO WAY to reach you to speak about this matter directly. I've tried many different numbers listed on the Internet for customer support but they all route me back to my facility. This property has frequent robberies and the facility is NOT secure. They won't help much other than saying it happens. No motivation from corporate to disclose this to current/future renters.
