Have rented a space here since 2021. Rent kept increasing although there was discernible appreciation in storage facility or equipment or maintenance. First raised rent was 28%, and continued from there. This is how all storage space companies work. You get a great rate to begin and each year they up the rate. One could understand the increase if it was as modest as the improvement of the facility, but alas no. It is a necessary evil when you must store things and have no space to do so.

Just moved here in Seaside from Las Vegas. Got into the town around 3pm, Extra Space Storage was first listed on yelp as a higher quality site. So me and my husband went here and checked it out, WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED at all. So glad we came here, Liz the beautiful very friendly personnel who helped us are very very helpful. She is great at her job. Explain to us what is what. Recommend is the special they have going on. Also she told us that after the 3 months special they got it might go up the price. So she warned us. My experience at Extra Space Storage was excellent. I have rented from this facility several times, and each time the quality of service was perfect. Both Liz and Marion were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them an 11. I have referred them to other people as an outstanding rental facility. I thank Liz & Marion for all their help.

This place is clean, well run, secure and safe. The manager (I think her name is Marianne?) is a complete professional who really helped me with getting the right sized unit at an affordable price and location within the storage complex. This has been a great experience!

I've never rented a storage unit before and checked out a few places before I hit on extra space storage. Liz and Marion, the front office people were absolutely fabulous! They were so helpful finding the right unit for my needs at the best cost. Not only helpful but super nice and friendly. Wish other businesses had employees like them! The unit I rented was perfect and very convenient. Very secure and clean. Great place!

I needed to get some extra storage to help me move and did my signing and leasing online. When I went in to get my keys and show my ID a few days ago and I got a lot of help from Marion in the office, she walked me through to my space and helped me get in and out while my code was getting into their system and was one of the nicest people I have met. Marion the on site manager delivered the best customer experience. She went above and beyond, was super prompt, and you can tell she is a genuinely great person! There was a mix up with the extra space corporate who I made my reservation through (apparently there in Ohio) and they told me the wrong access time. Marion exceeded my expectations handling the confusion and was so kind and helpful! She made me believe there still are amazing people out there In this world. I have had storage units in 5 different locals in the past four years. Never have I enjoyed the process of examining the facility, discussing details of the agreement, completing the application, and moving material into the facility with greater ease and confidence. This is an exceptional facility, managed by exceptional staff. Cannot recommend it more highly.
