Shoutout to the Venice Extra Space team- especially the guy working tonight who really saved the day for us. We came in kind of scrambling and he totally delivered: super helpful, clear, and didn't rush us. I've used storage before and it usually feels impersonal, but this was the opposite. If you want peace of mind and a smooth, friendly process, this is the spot.

Shout out to Steve! Came in today (Sunday 8/11 @ 12:30pm) and he was super helpful! Signed up online, he showed me to my unit, walked me through everything, even grabbed my friend and I waters He's awesome!! Giving 5 stars solely for Steve today!

They were very helpful and the entire process was very quick and efficient. The gate and cameras make me feel like my objects are secure which is the most important thing to me.

Steve is professional, kind and very helpful. The storage facility is very clean and well maintained. It's a little pricey but that's what you get for a great convenient location. I wish there was lighting around the outside units.
