I have been with Extra Space Storage for 8 years and never had an issue or problem. I pay my storage yearly. This time Diana was the one who helped me and she has great customer service and help me to get an approval with the increase and it was approved, thank you Diana!

Sue did an excellent job of making me familiar with the units and what size would work best for me. She was very pleasant and thorough. She was not pushy but pointed out things I might need or want. As a result, I rented my unit for one year.

Mrs.Larios is great, very professional customer service, called they had the place ready for me. over all i would say there website is so so so user friendly, couple of clicks i had my place.
