Sue Knight is possibly one of the nicest women I've ever met in my entire life. She is really caring and helpful extra space storage is lucky to have have her.

The unit I frequent is a company unit that I share with 8 other coworkers. After quickly finding it necessary to swap from a key bolt to a combo lock, Sue helped us do that fast and painless. Something so simple that will help us keep from shuffling around a key is greatly received! Thank you so much!

super easy to get your space online and Vanessa was kind enough to upgrade my storage when we checked in . It took little to no time at all . She made it extra easy to get our storage. This place is extra nice and like new . Great security system and hours are great .. to be able to access your stuff at 9:55 pm if needed makes it great in not having to rush to drop something or pick something up. I definitely recommend it for someone that needs there stuff safe and secure!

I needed to upgrade my unit and was running into a low inventory for the size I needed. Karina was very helpful in providing my options. However, we couldn't find what I needed. She said she would add me to the list and let me know when a unit would open up. Within less of a week she worked it out with the site manager. Bothe Karina and Vanesa where very helpful and the changes to my account and new unit were smooth. Thank you!
