I have been w/ESS for years. Safe, very clean place. Management has always been great as well as accommodating. And I love Sue! I recently met another lady, who's name escapes me--But, she was fantastic! She was from a valley location filling in for the day. Wonderful & an absolute pleasure to do business with. I always highly recommend this place for all your storage needs. Thank you ladies.

My dad used them for many years. Today we finally cleared everything out. Sue Knight was very helpful and stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Then she quickly got our paperwork done and made the process painless.

Very clean facility and secure as well. The only issue I had with Extra Space Storage over the nearly 2 years I was there was several billing issues. However since this is a fault of Extra Space billing and not the facility, I still rate the facility 5 stars.

Perfect location, prices are competitive, and the staff is stellar. They helped me find the right units, sizes and locations for the multiple units I needed. Sue worked to get the best deal on pricing options. Vanessa was great helping me any day I had an issue, she was quick, super helpful. I absolutely recommend this particular Extra Space Storage on TO Blvd. I've used other Extra Space Storage location in CA and UT. Best company and super awesome employees at each of them.

I've never used this facility for its purpose of a storage unit, but this place provides the perfect boxes. Why are the boxes perfect? The boxes are the excellent size to package you LP record collection. Anytime I've needed to make a move this is the location I go to buy these minty boxes. You buy 10 or more and you receive a 15% discount! The customer service has always been stellar. They even threw in a free tape gun on this recent visit. C'mon. 5.0 - Boxes

Really nice facility in TO that is climate controlled, clean, and with good security. Renting was easy. They do good deals to get you in, but price does increase annually. 24 hour access. Still, I've never worried about my stuff or security. A good, secure, clean place with a nice location. Staff are professional and courteous.
