Clean facility. Helpful staff. Fair pricing. I highly recommend this storage facility. Connor is super friendly and extremely helpful.
I don't know how a storage facility could be better. Modern air-conditioned facility, security tight as a drum, for a highly economical monthly rent. I rented 12 months in advance and got a 13th month gratis; when I moved out after 12 months the unused rent (incl. month #13) was refunded immediately. Very helpful staff, especially store manager Amanda Ware. I would definitely use this facility again, and regret that there is no Extra Space Storage in the city I am moving to, Salem, Oregon.
Very impressed with Extra Space. Super clean, great location, and the staff is very helpful. Amanda and Connor made the experience seamless. They went above and beyond. Definitely a five star place.

If you're looking for a place to store your extra belongings ... This site is the best! Amanda makes you feel like you're stuff is safe and secure... And it is! This site is cleaner than any other we have used. That says lots about how the place is run.
Fantastic customer service! I was in a jam trying to find a storage facility and they went out of their way to make the process so easy. The facility is well kept and easily accessible. Would recommend to anyone!
