Ms. Knight has always brought a positive light to Extra Space Storage for me, if your reading this I would recommend Extra Space Storage due to the friendliness and homebody feel I have felt while conducting business. This last week I left at night tired and obliviously bringing my lock with me home, leaving my storage unit without a lock. Just rent a unit here, all the staffs were very helpful, especially Sue-the assistant manager- she was caring, good personality, and patient.

Easy to rent a unit. They do require insurance but you can use a h/o or a renters policy if you already have one instead of purchasing their individual insurance. Prices are lower here than other places in the area. (I compared with 8 other nearby companies). They offer cheaper prices online than if you walk in or call to reserve a unit. Bring your own lock or they will sell you one for $18. Access to the facility is easier by right turn or otherwise you'll have to bypass it and make a u-turn or illegal left turn. ... read more
If Beverly Hills had a Storage place it wouldn't be as good as this . Amanda is the best , place is so clean an security is not an issue . Im very happy storing here . I recommend anyone who needs storage so to these guys .

I inquired about pricing through a web form and received a call from Sue in less than one minute. Her customer service is amazing and she's friendly without being pushy. The facility is super clean, very secure and the move-in process was easier than I would have expected. Fair pricing and I would HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage!
This is our first experience of self storage and is a pleasant one. Amanda and Sue are very helpful and courteous during the whole process of reservation and moving in. That is one of the reasons wen choose here. The facility is new which is fresh and clean. The units in building are cool without AC. Walking in the building is like enjoying a new car. Positive experience. Thumb up.
