I just want to say that today Cindy Wu saved my life. I had my storage key lost and my movers were there waiting and everything was sounding hectic. I called and Cindy was nice enough to wait even though it was end of her shift and helped my access my stuff and helped close my account. THAK YOU Cindy!!!!!

Cindy Lou was very helpful. I thought our lock wasn't working properly. Turned out it was "operator error" - this operator! The light wasn't working and she stopped what she was doing to come over and change out the bulb. Friendly, professional and responsive!

My boyfriend and I went into Extra Space on Main St and spoke with Cindy Lou, and it was such a great experience. She asked us a few questions to make sure we get a unit that fit our needs. It was very quick to set up which we loved. At a cost, we loved even more! We are so very pleased with the helpfulness, hard work and great customer service we received. We've had the unit for going on two months and we've had no issues.
