The process of renting a storage unit was so simple. Rep. was knowledgeable and very friendly. The storage place was so easy access to the street. Highly recommend this place. The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is that, they only have one moving cart available. Old and hard to push and maneuver. Overall, very satisfied with my experience.

Roberta in the front office is absolutely amazing! I’m going through a lot right now and she made everything so easy and was really sweet.
I have never rented storage space before and was not sure what to expect. I looked at one other place and the price was much higher for a smaller unit than what I found at Extra Space Storage. After calling a 1-800 number and getting information, I was contacted by Roberta who was very friendly and helpful. It was a quick and easy decision to do business with Extra Space Storage. The unit I rented was cleaned and ready for me in no time and I was able to move earlier than I had planned.
