Cindy-Lou is the best! Gave us great service. Super friendly and gave us great advice. She showed us different units to find the best possible option for us. Grateful to come in on the day she was working.

My boyfriend and I went into Extra Space on Main St and spoke with Cindy Lou, and it was such a great experience. She asked us a few questions to make sure we get a unit that fit our needs. It was very quick to set up which we loved. At a cost, we loved even more! We are so very pleased with the helpfulness, hard work and great customer service we received. We've had the unit for going on two months and we've had no issues.

Was a breeze getting my storage unit set up and Cindy Lou is such a sweet heart she was so sweet and answered all of my questions with not problem. Would 10/10 recommend if looking for storage units, also first month FREE!

Had a great experience, fast and easy! Used this to store my university housing equipment.
I rarely leave reviews, but Cindy Lou was amazing! Made us skip looking around for units and sign up for a unit right away with them. Would recommend anyone reading these reviews to go there and get a storage unit!
