This location has a great staff and great customer service. Shout out to Tasha, at the front desk! Very helpful!
They treat you with respect and dignity. They are there when you need them. Other places I've been to the attendants are never there.

A year and a half later I am still with extra space storage in Sacramento on B Street and I still receive thee very best and most excellent customer service a person can receive. Tasha and Napua are awesome and they are absolutely the best!!!

I spoke with Tasha on the phone who provided me with plenty of details as to which units would be available; she was very kind, helpful, and offered up some ideas of potential spaces noting the difference in access points(10x5 vs. 5x10). Upon arriving to the unit I met with Napua who was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me a solid overview of my options then took me on a tour. I went into the office to buy a lock. I was in a hurry because my items were insecure in the unit (I bought the wrong lock) but there was an older woman ahead of me. She was taking her time telling Tasha about a medical issue or an injury she had recently. She was taking her time chatting her up while I waited behind her with the lock in hand. I had the pleasure of meeting Tasha the store manager. She is very professional and gives A-1 service. With the divorce Ii am going through my mind was not right I couldn't think Tasha assisted me with my storage size my insurance and even made it accessible for me when I come. I really appreciate her and with that I had to do a survey. She is a good asset to the company keep her!!

Well, I guess I reacted too quickly to the rate change before actually giving them a chance to rectify it. They did call me regarding my STORAGE bill and it did upset me that the price had gone up over 100% however they were nice enough to give me another month at the lower price so that gives me some time to move my stuff out. I do appreciate that more than they know so yes, my review goes back up to five stars. Thank you.
