Our business has used Extra Space Storage in Sacramento for a year and have been quite satisfied. We chose a climate controlled unit for archiving paperwork and extra furniture and recently rented a 2nd unit for overflow storage. The building is always super clean and easy to access. The customer service I've received has been good but I have not tried to end our agreement.or had any other issues to deal with. Overall, we are satisfied with their service.

The experience was awesome!!! Cynthia was very pleasant and reviewed all paperwork including walk through. I will return when in need of a storage facility. The grounds were very very clean !!!!!!

Highly recommend this place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. I had looked at other storage facilities before this one, this one by far is a higher standard than the others I visited.

Cynthia at the front desk was such an amazing help! This place is one of the nicest storages places I've ever used. The location is what drew me towards it cause it's right around the corner from my office and the hours are perfect. I would def. recommend this place to my friends and family.

After an exhausting search for a mini storage in Sacramento I was finally referred to Extra Space Storage. I received excellent customer service. As their ad indicates, the business is super clean and modern. Thank you Extra Space Storage for providing a safe, clean, environment for both my precious treasures and me.

I've had a great experience here so far. Jillian gave top notch customer service. After calling around, this is the best deal and most convenient hours and location in the area. The facilities seem very clean, and their security measures give me peace of mind. Nuff said.

My negative review keeps magically disappearing so I'll post again. ----Truly horrible, awful experience----our stuff got stolen and it's quite possible that Extra Storage was either complicit in or had some part in the wrongdoing in my opinion, see below. I really wanted to like this place, it had great reviews, it's located conveniently near midtown, it boasts secure keypad and/or app access on both gate access and interior units. Our unit was broken into with over $1000 worth of goods stolen. The crook replaced our lock with a similar looking one with the storage facility sticker on it, plus added a red auction tag from the facility so that other staff wouldn't notice the lock changed. The facility has no record of any auction or lock change. Security cameras are down from a power surge. Assistant manager disclosed she fears for the security of the other units. Renter beware.

We got a great rate for the first 6 months. After, the price increased 60%. The staff is very lazy here, they rarely clean the floors. It often smells very bad. I have also encountered people having sex in the storage lockers.
