I've been with many Extra Space Storages, but this by far has been my best Customer Service experience with them. Tasha, the manager, is absolutely INCREDIBLE, honest and very personable. She was upfront about the rates and I felt very comfortable with making this my new storage home. In addition to her being so kind, she was very patient....and she was busy, and I asked many questions and I never felt rushed. Thanks for all your help, Tasha! You made the move-in process painless.

Let's talk about Tasha, She is the nicest sweetest, most helpful person. I giant beautiful smile and personality plus. She went way above and beyond her job titles. I own a hair Salon that's a studio or I would hire her myself Extra Space Storage picked a winner. She is way over qualified for this job. She gives 100 percent perfect customer service. I just started storing some belongings at this facility. I am commenting on the process of getting a unit. I received 3 calls in two weeks about availability of units in a specific size I wanted. After deciding on their unit, they saved it for me (with a quote and first month free). I received a call in the morning stating it was still available and came in after work, it was mysteriously taken, price was raised, and first month was not free. Staff and security at Extra Space 3000 B Street make this the best self-storage I've ever rented. Staff are present six days a week, attentive to details, helpful with small and large problems, responsive to complaints and suggestions. I never fear that my storage units will be breached by thieves, as happened elsewhere. The general cleanliness and daily clean-up help me manage my own storage spaces better.

I would have to say, this extra space storage has got to be one of the cleanest extra space storage. Every time I come here to check on our stuff in our unit, I would always see at least one worker cleaning the area. I see people complaining about the prices being too high. Honestly, you get what you paid for. Before I decided to go with them, I met with Jessica. She showed us around the property and answered all of our questions. EXCELLENT experience! I have never been in a storage unit. I saw horrid experiences on these new-fangled reality shows, and thought, "Oh my goodness, my pristine furniture and well-packed boxes may come out infested with...ugh!" Our business has used Extra Space Storage in Sacramento for a year and have been quite satisfied. We chose a climate controlled unit for archiving paperwork and extra furniture and recently rented a 2nd unit for overflow storage. The building is always super clean and easy to access. The customer service I've received has been good but I have not tried to end our agreement.or had any other issues to deal with. Overall, we are satisfied with their service.
