Been renting here for a long time- facility is clean and well maintained but the prices escalate quickly if you have been a renter for a while. Unfortunately that's the downside of downtown storage space. If I was just rating my experience with renting and costs I would say 3- too expensive for 5x5 ($121/mo). However, I had a wonderful experience with Tasha in the office and she helped me by getting me into a new unit (had to move all my stuff to new unit, didn't get discount on existing unit...) but it saved me a good amoun... read more

I had an excellent experience storing my belongings here. Tasha is such a nice person and was always willing to answer questions. The facility is clean and I felt safe going there. It's also located at the end of a street so it's easy to get in and out without a lot of traffic. I highly recommend them for customer service and a clean facility.

Loved Tasha in the office, very helpful and informative. I felt genuine good old fashioned customer service. Like the fact the unit is air conditioning controlled and elevators and carts made it very convenient! I would highly recommend this site. Happy Customer

Tasha was amazing! She showed me a few units and we talked about what I was storing and what might be the best solution for me. After looking at a few units I went with something a bit smaller than I thought I would need which ends up saving me a little bit of money, gotta love that! I'm happy with her service and the faculty is very clean. It has great security around the facility and I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff here. I'm very happy with the service and the faculty, highly recommend this place!

As a first time renter, I was very unaware of the best route to take. After reserving online, I was called immediately with more information. Both staff I spoke with were friendly and informative and made the process easy. They were flexible and answered all my questions. Overall, it was very easy to set it up and rent from this location.

My husband and I just started renting here and we absolutely Love it so far. Tasha and Ronnie have been nothing but helpful and friendly to us throughout the whole process, always making sure we're getting the most out of our experience here. I Love how this storage is nice and out of the way, it's nice and peaceful and easy to access. I highly recommend this facility for storage!

Extremely happy to have found Tasha, this incredibly clean facility and her amazing staff. Highly recommend all of the above, particularly in light of their effort to take care of me well beyond what's called for. Tasha helped me figure out how to lock in the super cheap rate I got online, saving me hundreds of dollars. Grateful :)

Tasha was wonderful helping us find a great unit at a reasonable price. We are storing some stuff while our new house gets built and it relieved a lot of pressure.
