Horrible customer service. Have had unit for a little over four months and the rate doubles. They noted it's a web rate and as long as they notify us 30 days in advance. They seem to want to argue with you over anything else. Was rudely asked how much longer I would need the unit for my elderly father in law. Like, who the heck says that? Rented a storage from 1353 Florin road over 2 1/2 years ago. Went to go check on my unit and found my storage ransacked with my $2500 tv missing. The storage lock did not seemed to be tampered with but someone had been in there. I told the store manager about the missing TV and asked if they have a master key to any of the storage unit and they replied no we do not. They replied just make a police report. WOW. might want to take a 2nd look somewhere else. Ive been asking for weeks for a print out of what my monthly bill looks like since I signed up for $240 price and they are trying to charge me $919 for 2 months rent, plus insurance and $400 in late fees? I dont know I couldnt tell you cause they wont give me a price break down and to top it off there selling my stuff even though i said I will pay but want to see a breakdown of the bill. moved in about 6 months ago and they are already raising my rate by$100.00. I wish I had known this before using them. I do not recommend as trying to contact the office is 50/50.

Moved in and three months later the price went from $94/month to $174/month. I called the business and they told me it was a "web rate" and they did not have to honor it.

My rent almost doubled, going from $61 to $102 for a 5x5 unit in less than 6 months. Not only did they double the rent I was given a 30 day notice that all rents would go up at the busiest time of year being December 1st. Good news a new mini storage opened up at McKinley Village. And they were running a special, 2nd month free. I got a 5x5 unit for $75 (Not $100) a month!
Whatever you do, do not do business with this company. My storage unit was broken into by the people who lived in a neighboring unit and I basically lost all my valuables. And the storage facility couldn't do anything about it. The thieves were able to stay in the unit after hours and break into multiple units. They sawed a hole around the locking mechanism which rendered having a lock useless. So much for paying for a secure place to store your valuables. Central location near midtown. Lots of different size storage units, some on ground level, others are second floor, but huge (huge!) elevators and carts to get you snd your stuff there (and wide halls, good lighting). Prices are good but they raise your monthly rental fee periodically--I guess they know that you won't go to the enormous hassle of moving it elsewhere to save $5.00. Really disapoint the this company dont care of the pandemic in struggling so I got behing of oaying my mrent for the moth month and they charge metal fees of 50 dollars and then a fee of 85 plus my rent the which is ras you know we pay ahead so this is really upsetting they wont even slowed to get tools which I used for work how I my supposed too pay if I'm not even allows to get my tools evetjis just awful not they put a lien I'm not even behink a moth I'm behind 10 days.
