This is one of the few storage facilities I'd recommend. The staff is super nice and helpful. Good access hours. App to buzz you in and out. Not overrun by homeless or riff raff. 5 stars for sure

5 stars for Tasha Irby, Store Manager of this facility. We've had our unit here for 5 years, and working with Tasha has always been nothing wonderful. Her customer service is exceptional, from her communication to her attentiveness, to her support if we ever needed it. Can't recommend her, or this facility enough! :)

Great location, and the staff has been really nice and helpful. I have an indoor unit that's temperature controlled. No complaints

I rarely feel compelled to make time and leave online reviews. It's even more rare that I consider a business or service to have earned a five star review. That said, Tasha and her crew have proven, over a significant amount of time, that the service they provide is deserving of a five star review. At the least. Tasha was amazing and really went above and beyond in helping me have a good experience during the storage rental process. She listens and cares about ensuring customers understand their options and takes time to answer questions patiently and transparently. I will definitely rent there in the future if/when I need storage again.
