I have used a lot of storage facilities and I have always had issues with the units, price or service. I am so glad to finally say that I have found a place that is clean, has fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. The pricing is less than most and they don't raise it up Al the time like smart storage. The manager Tasha is friendly and funny. I am definitely glad I switched!!

Above and beyond Tasha and Napua have always been. Besides having fresh cold filtered water on hand at all times, they both have been super flexible in every way assisting me in my complicated move. I've spent at least 2 hours in their office Witt all my needs... and every single time they deliver above and beyond any standard expectation. Nice place, clean and easy to access. What I don't like is their predatory way of raising rents on people abruptly. Myself and my neighbor both had our rents raised up 3 months after signing. they also went up significantly not a few dollars. They lock people in at a good rate and then crank it up with minimal notice

I had a wonderful experience with this location. Tasha Irby was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are easy to access.
Excellent customer service and the facility is clean with multiple security measures taken, and reasonable pricing. We're very happy with our choice so far.

Tasha Irby the manager is so great! She always is there to answer any questions and helps out in every way she can. My brother has used this facility for over 10 years and he says she's the best manager they've had. He doesn't have yelp so he asked me to review for him. Now that's a good recommendation! I've met her too in helping him move units there. Definitely a top notch place that keeps his belongings clean and safe. : )
Best storage facility in the downtown area. The facility is top of the line with the property manager and her team taking exceptional care of the units and their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
