The facility is extremely well maintained by the onsite staff, who are clearly experienced (shout out to Misty...) and will do what they can to be as helpful as possible. The location off Aurora is convenient, as is the security, loading/parking area, well functioning abundant carts, clean bathroom and just about anything else you might need, in order to make any move less difficult. An all around excellent experience at this facility with many thanks.

Have been with Extra Space for years and they are the best in regard to security/safety and customer service. Very clean & temperature control housing is a plus for items that can't get too cold and/or hot. The load & unload zone is easy and carts available right inside entry. Misty is the best & most professional manager you could ask for. Positive experience in all aspects of storage!

We used this storage unit for 2 months. It was clean and climate controlled. We did not have any issues with parking, loading, unloading etc.

I have had a very good experience at this facility. It's very well run, immaculate, and the best of all are the managers, Misty and Vince, who feel like family. I appreciate their excellent customer, service and warmth. This is a great place to store your belongings.
Easy to rent, clean, lots of hand carts. Friendly people. The only issue was the instructions for the entry code in the email was incorrect. Call the office to find out the correct way to enter the code.

Well run storage facility. Lots of light, ultra clean, plenty of carts, warm and friendly management who live on site and have a friendly springer spaniel.
