We rented a unit for two months. Incredibly quick and easy to gain access to our unit. Facility is very clean and secure, has carts available free of charge to use to bring items to/from your storage unit. Parking is convenient for unloading/loading. Staff was very professional and friendly it was very easy to cancel when we moved our stuff out. We will use them again if we ever need a storage unit. Zero complaints, couldn't be happier with the experience!

This place is great, the staff are all super helpful and pleasant, the prices are the best I found anywhere in the Seattle metro area (by a LOT), the grounds and building are clean and well maintained, they have a bunch of unit sizes to choose from, the building is secure (both the main entrance and the elevator require your unique code to access), there was never an issue finding a spot to park to load/unload (even though they don't have a ton of spaces), you can access your unit every day, including holidays (only between ... read more
We recently rented a storage unit at this facility and and so far we are thrilled. After after having a unit at another company for a number of years the service, the pricing, the security and the unit itself are so much better than our last one! The other company is so "corporate" compared with this one! We have a retail store and a TV station is filming a short segment about us. Vince and Misty were extremely helpful from start to finish! Very responsive and great experience. Signing up, getting the code, and accessing the building were extremely easy. They have late hours for building access, so it was nice to be able to still have time to move stuff in or out after work! I had moved out the day before renewal, but it still charged me. First this place is so clean, I don't gotta worry too much about any type of insects. I also got a good vibe, I felt safe. Like I wouldn't have to worry too much about my things. & OMG let me tell you, the husband & wife are far the nicest people I ever met. I totally felt welcomed. Missy and Vince cares about the storage facilities. Very friendly and amazing customer service from the both of them. I have been using them the last two years and I felt very safe every time I go into the facilities. Would recommend this place to any friends or family.
We met with Cindy today who was assisting from a different location and she was absolutely fabulous! We also had the opportunity to meet the manager of the Lynnwood location who was so kind. They were both very easy to work with, explained everything thuroughly and were extremely efficient. The lobby and storage facility is well kept, very clean and easy to navigate through the storage area. They have very good security. We had been shopping around for a storage unit to hold the belongings that we were moving out of our garage. We wanted something affordable with ample access hours and in a convenient location.
