The manager, Imani, is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I feel like my belongings are safe and secure. Gated access is good. I believe they'll be getting bluetooth for the gate soon, so you won't have to get out of your car. Security cameras in office. Imani even gets out and walks around the property from time-to-time. Can't recommend this place enough!
I really liked my space, great service. However moved out because of increased monthly fee.

My fiancé and I found ESS online and he quickly received a follow up call confirming his information and scheduling a tour of the storage facility and unit we would be renting. We went after work and Imani showed us 2 available units and talked us through all of our questions with it being our first time renting a storage unit. Very friendly and responsible workers. Always quickly responding on a phone calls and emails. I rented my storage unit for a few months. They gave me best price in a Burbank area. Easy and convenient time to access to your storage unit 6 am to 10 pm. Overall I was happy about the service. Thank you!

I was helped by Imani and she made my entire experience wonderful. I could not believe how easy, straightforward, honest, and pain free it was to rent a storage unit. I was able to sign all the contracts over the phone/online and I just had to pop into any of the Extra Space Storage locations once to show my ID before my gate code was activated. Expert Space Storage is expertly run from my experience working with people at the Burbank and Culver City locations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Imani is really attentive, informative, friendly and responsive. She has been great to me as I was renting a unit there for a few months. I recommend if you live nearby and looking to rent a unit. Ask for Imani !
