Went there to ask some questions and to figure out the right size storage for me and what the process would be. Shout out to Chad. Breaking down every cost that I should be expecting and how the discount works. Definitely looking forward to finalizing everything.

I have been a customer of this location for many years. Through 3 ownership changes, it remains convenient and well-run. I had an incident today with my lock. Chad, the associate at this Chatsworth location, was very professional and demonstrated good old-fashioned customer service. He is an absolute gentleman and immediately replaced the lock while not charging me for the replacement in recognition of my many years as a valued customer. i love Extra Space Storage. I am a costume designer for film and television, one of the production companies I work for uses this storage facility to store our costumes. So I decided to get my own personal storage, and to my surprise Jonathan who I met at one of the locations in Chatsworth was at the front desk. I immediately rented with him because of my good experience with him at our show's storage location. He is professional and attentive. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage because of him.

I am very happy with the price I got for my new storage unit. The online rental process was very easy. However, after completing the rental process I received an email saying that I could move in right away and that my lock would be waiting for me in the unit, but when I got there with my stuff there was no lock where the email said it would be. The office was closed at this point so I had to come back the next morning which hindered my moving process. Also, one of the gates seems to be out of order so there is only one ... read more

I finally emptied my storage unit after being with Extra Space Storage since 2010. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to store their belongings. Extra Space Storage is secure, clean, and the staff is exceptional! My experience doing business with them has been great! I have always been given great service whether over the phone or in person.
