From the moment we walked in, Brian was a very respectful and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. We had just moved out from another storage unit where the manager had a communication problem, Customer service was terrible. When we first went to look at the extra space storage unit what we really were sold on was the customer service provided to us.
