Excellent service! I just needed a small, short-term, rental and they made the whole process incredibly easy both when I started my rental and when I ended it. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely do business with them again when I need storage. Very highly recommended!
I was with ESS for 3 months and the experience was pretty good. I had never rented a storage unit before but Brian explained everything over the phone and was professional in person. We went over everything and made sure everything was working in about 30 mins and I was good to go. Kirsten was also helpful during my stay and showed me some of the other units they had when I needed to downsize. Very straight forward and easy to work with! This was my first time getting self storage and they made it as simple as possible with great prices.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I was looking for a last minute storage due to moving out, they helped me and even provided their current move in special. Made it less stressful for me.

I came in here close to closing time and Brian was my sales rep. He was super helpful and I was grateful that he stayed to help me get a storage last minute. Extra storage has some pretty good prices. Units look nice and clean. I would definitely recommend.
