There is certain confidence you need to have when it comes to the things you value. I feel a secure about how Extra Space Storage handles things. The representative was kind , thoughtful and took time making sure I had the space for my things.
Was shopping around for a storage unit. I was helped by Brian and he was amazing. I viewed three different storage sizes. I felt the price was out of my budget. I decided to reserve a 7x10 unit which the company will hold for 7 days. I found better prices for the same unit size but the other location didn't work for me. I gave Brian a call and he was able to assist me with the unit I reserved over the phone. On move in day Brian walked me over to my unit again and went over codes. I asked if there was a light. After looking around for best options for storage we were assisted by Bryan and his customer service was phenomenal!! Any and all questions answered in the most informative and friendly manner 10/10. Upon arrival we were helped by a woman in the office with just as nice mannerism as the people over the phone. Really clean and affordable spaces in a good area gated and coded!! Definitely recommend:)

Great Self-Storage! We have used a few over the years. This one by far is the best we have ever used. Convenient location, very clean, and excellent security measures in place. We were able to complete an application, select a unit, and get our security code all online! I had called other places that online appeared to have availability, but actually had nothing and only could get on a wait list or persuaded into a different size unit. Very pleased. So far everything has been smooth. We rented our spot today and I believe I was Brian who helped us. Friendly and gave us all of the Information. We had looked into 2 other places but I just got a good vibe from this place.
