I needed to move my things out of my brother's storage space and into one of my own, and Brian made it so simple for me. He even found a space in the size that I needed in the same building so that we wouldn't have to haul all of my furniture so far! Thank you Brian, we really appreciate your help! :)

I love this location. Brian is very professional and friendly. We needed a short term rental. I called the corporate call center, agent Beth found a promotion and set it up quickly over the phone. She sent all confirmations via text and email making the process quick and convenient. I highly recommend this location for the cleanliness, ease of access, and convenient location.

The folks at Extra Space Storage on Carson are some of the finest, most helpful, and considerate people around. Awesome service. Taccara helped me get set up. The original unit I picked wasn't big enough for my stuff and she showed me a bigger unit. I didn't feel any pressure to sign up and she went above and beyond showing me the unit, and making sure my code worked. She was awesome. The app was also helpful for when I moved out, super easy and convenient. Move out was easy as well and Mike the property manager assisted with that. Bryan has been with the company for some now, in terms of my initial interactions he was able to located the right deal for me and the right tips as a new mover. During my stay with public storage, he was sure that during a national crisis my needs were met.
