Incredibly inefficient. Lots of other choices for urgent care and I suggest going anywhere else. What should be a 5 minute visit they turned into an hour and twenty minutes . Unbelievable. Go anywhere else. And it had nothing to do with them being busy. They just elect to operate in a very wasteful way which creates poor experience. Makes me question their ability to do anything well. And at least they could be pleasant in their ineptitude. Indifference doesn't go over great. No "sorry for your wait" no updates on wait times... read more
This place should be called slow med in gossipville. We were the 1st ones there and they still took 1 hour and1/2 to call us back. I was just having a drug screen for a new job. Thank God I was not having more. The front desk staff was more concerned about bitching and moaning about their work schedules to be concerned with customer service or following the order of the sign in sheet. However, the back staff were awesome when we were finally called back. She seemed to be the only one in the building that was actually working... read more

If I could give them a Zero I would! I went in to get my tb test done and a physical. After an hour of waiting with no one else in the lobby they finally took me back. Then when I came back I was told that they didn't do the physical part and that I would have to get back in line and have to wait up to 2 more hours. That's not including the the eye rolls I got from two of the technicians while explaining that they messed up. Read the reviews and heed them. Dont go here. We went there for something simple and was told they couldn't help me. We waited 20 minutes before anyone even asked us if we needed anything. And then we were told to wait because another person was the only one who could log into the computer. When she did come out she had attitude. This is my third time coming here and I've had the same problem every single time. Currently I've been waiting over an hour, one of the first people to come in and they've taken five people that came in AFTER me already. I have been sick for three days, and when I came in yesterday they told me it would be a three hour wait MINIMUM. I get that it is a big sick time of year, but this is ridiculous. OK so I know the name has "fast" in the name, but let me tell you what, I waited for over 3 hours to be done. They didn't look too busy either. OK, anyways, the doctor seemed very uncomfortable diagnosing me and sounded like he was confused with himself. I was lowkey scared because he seemed like he didn't know what was wrong with me. Honestly, I would've just been 5 minutes tops. 0/10938 for the time waiting to the diagnosis.
I arrived on Sunday around 9:45 am. Felt so bad I could not enter my data on IPad. Approx. 6 patients were called to be seen from my ck. in time to the time I was called back to be seen at approx. 12:45 !! This was 3 hours !!!!!!! The provider spent all of 5-7 minutes with me. The staff in the back were very, very noisy...seemed to be socializing, laughing, talking very loud between themselves, and apparently eating lunch judging from the 3 deliveries brought to the front desk !! All was fine until the apparent new girl was going to stick a needle in my arm without first using an alcohol wipe. That told me I probably was NOT going to like the outcome of the visit. She drew two vials of blood and I was told by the doctor that it would be 2-5 days to get results from the lab. They took my Medicare card number, I double checked that they had my correct phone number and they told me they would call. 7 days pass, no call so I call them, no results. I will never step foot in this unprofessional, dirty place again! The front desk associate was rude, she along with two other uniform ladies were at the front desk GOSSIPING about another employee while she was in the middle of verifying my daughter's insurance.
