We have been told twice now we were next and have been here 2 hours and 47 minutes to get a 5 minute physical done. The staff up front have got to get it together. You have two people stating different things. This is pure chaos! Pure horrible experience. We will absolutely never use this place again. Heads up if you are going to the Greenville, NC location, don’t do it

I have been coming here for a year. Haven’t really had any major issues until TODAY!!!! Made an appointment “time slot” still waited an hour to be seen. Tried to contact corporate could not. Front desk staff NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! It is RIDICULOUS. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They have you make "appointments" but then don't go in order. We had our time set for 11:15 got there at 10:55 they took the 11:30, 11:45, 12:00 before us. As of right now we are an hr past our time

$200 a person for COVID testing?! Like I can afford $600 to drop like that at, at Christmas time, when I’ve been out of work since this BS started. Y’all really care about your patients.

This is the worst place on earth. I am having very obvious symptoms of Covid and they sent me away because they stopped taking patients at 7:00 and I walked in at 7:30 and when I asked if there was anywhere else I could go I was told by the lady at the front desk, horrible attitude mind you, to “call around and see I don’t know who is still open.” Healthcare at its FINEST. I understand not being able to take in new patients after a certain time but I cannot believe the way I just dismissed especially during a freaking pandem... read more

Completely incompetent. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a simple health check and TB test for a new job. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there were no TB tests. My health screening is time sensitive, mind you, so now I am left scrambling....

At the height of COVID-19 staff and nurses are NOT wearing masks. When asked about it, I was told it was their choice. If you are treating sick patients all day every day, you should not just choose to wear a mask to protect your patients and yourself, but it should be required. It is beyond me why I even had to ask. They were also not very happy when I told her it should be a requirement for medical professionals. I had to stop by the vet’s office on our way home to pick up meds for our dog and even the vet office can follo... read more
