This place is just ridiculous! Slowmed is more like it! I made an appt on line and checked in for that appt the evening before its occurrence. When I arrived I waited 1.25 hours to be seen because it doesn't matter if you have an appt they see you in the order you check in! The bug BUT is that checkin time starts when you check in at the front desk there. Not with the on line checkin. Soooo, you won't save time by checking in online. Would give zeros stars if I could. I made an appointment thinking I would be seen at that time. Nope had to wait over an hour to be seen. What's the point of making an appointment if this business does not prioritize them. Do not waste your time coming here.
This place is horrible. The last two times a family member needed help the person at the desk said that we needed to make an appointment online. There were no appointments for the same day. What good is an urgent care place if you cannot walk in for medical help? My wife just went into the Greenville location after calling on the phone and being told there was a 2 hour wait. Set an appt for 12:30, for a Covid test. I was recently exposed and I am showing symptoms. They have had me in the waiting room infecting everyone for the past hour. How much longer will I be infecting people for? I was told three people were in front of me, but now currently 5 people have been called back. Stay away from this urgent care, they do not care about their patients.
Have never had a good experience here. This is NOT a walk in clinic - every time I come here I am told I need an appointment. Rude receptionists, rude PAs, just a terrible experience all around. I've waiting all day for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to get literally anyone at the office to answer the phone. Go anywhere else, literally.
Ridicoulsy long lines. I waited more than an hour to be turned away. If you have other options go to another urgent care.
I have had nothing but awful experiences with this Fast Med. This is my third time giving it a chance and the staff were unkind, making an appointment after being told they make appointments a priority my wait was 2 hours after the appointment time and then after having to go get gas because I sat there with the car on they could not wait 10 minutes for me to get back and told me I would be in the next round of patients. Me and my wife came here to get a drug screening done for work and we were greeted with the worst customer service ever they were just plain rude!
They close at 8. I rushed there and arrived around 7:20 literally limping cause I could barely walk and they said they stopped taking people in at 7. Just seems inconvenient for an urgent care.
