Front desk staff is helpful and kind. Did not see a doctor but the PA who saw me on two occasions downplayed my symptoms and even cracked a joke about one. My throat was incredibly swollen and I was coughing terribly plus many other symptoms but I was refused a Covid test and told I didn't need one because I am vaccinated! Unprofessional and unscientific.
I came for a pre employment drug screen after i left my first job. Battled rush hour traffic. And made it to the place before 6pm. There was one person in the waiting room. And the woman behind the desk said they were backed up. And werent doing drug screens. To come back in the morning. So here i am. Standing outside in 24° weather. 23rd in line. This is the worst place anyone could send someone. Do not come here if you have a choice.
Incompetent, is the best word to describe the people who work here. They have never heard of a self-funded health care plan and refused to even speak with the plan administrator! The people who work at the front desk for patient intake really need better training. Turning away sick people because you do not know how to process their insurance is pathetic!
I would never go to this Fastmed again. I have been dealing with a billing issue with them for the past mont and keep getting the run around. Finally I was told that Fastmed never billed my insurance and expected me to pay the bill.
This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I made an appointment online because even though it says "no appointment needed" on the door..... they won't see you. My appointment was at 3pm and I walked in at 2:45, did the check in and they made me pay $150 up front. After paying, she asks me if I would rather wait inside or in my car because there was a two hour wait. Why did I even make an appointment if I had to sit in my car for two hours? Applied the incorrect insurance information and harassed me to pay a bill I had no business receiving. Doctor didn't even able to help. Trash location.

dirty, stuck me in a room that looked like a storage closet... staff kept coming in and out to get supplies
This facility is dreadful! My wife and I arrived Saturay30 minutes prior to opening time at 8a.m. By the time the first staff member arrived (un masked)there were 7 of us waiting. We were asked who was first and told us that no other staff was there (although they should have arrived 10 minutes to 8 o'clock) and that we should tell the receptionist the order of our arrival. DO NOT COME HERE. STAFF IS UNHELPFUL AND THE ELECTRONIC CHECK IN DOESN'T ACTUALLY CHECK YOU IN. I booked an appointment online, confirmed, verified, filled out the forms, etc. Got there 15 minutes early and checked in online. The web portal said I was checked in and should wait for my name to be called. So I waited... and waited... and 15 minutes past my appointment time, I went to the desk to see if there was anything else I needed to do.
