I was there last week to get my child a sports physical and it seem that no-one was donning a mask at the reception desk. Now according to FASTMED they are doing all they came to take every safety precaution as possible but you not making sure those that is sitting in the lobby wearing a mask and practicing social distancing and it seem like the staff is not wearing them either. Is this a medical facility?

the place looks old. the team lead cma was a little rude. they are slow. it appears they move when they want to. they need an organizer

1 is too kind. My child was misdiagnosed and after waiting in excess of 3 hours! This miss caused panic and several families extra expenses. Upon calling them, the person I spoke with went beyond “couldn’t give a flip” to hung up on me. Luckily, the office manager was “out” today. There will be a call tomorrow. And to any licensing board that cares to see how this was miss handled. Btw, I knew how shotty this clinic is. She accidentally went there!

I was not treated properly for resolution of my condition and no one at the office cared.
It took me over 45 minutes to be seen even though I was the first person in line the entire time. It took the whole time to register. The triage nurse said that I was up-to-date with my vaccines even though I hadn't had a booster since 1995. I was told that I was going to see a M.D. even though I was scheduled to see and did see a F.N.P. The FNP was... well, I wouldn't go back to FastMed based on the FNP alone.
Sooo slow! It's ridiculous when you're the only one waiting in the waiting room and you still have a loonggg wait. But the reason for my bad review is the following: The FNP didn't even speak to my child.who was the patient...so unfriendly. You don't just walk into a room with a child in it and start shoving otoscope In his ears. On top of that, She barely spoke to me. They ask for appointments yet you still have to wait over two hours past the so called appointment. Definitely would not recommend to serve.
I would NOT recommend 'Fast Med Urgent Care' on Greenville Blvd. Here's why... 1) They are not "fast" I was there 2 1/2 hours with 4 people in the lobby. 2) I got passed up twice (two parties that came in AFTER me) before I was called on to got back. Before I was about to say something a nurse caught on that I've probably been there a while. 3) They had me wait 45 mins in a hot room while I listened to them talk about cyber Monday deals, cable & firesticks before the physician came in. 4) This is my second bad experience ... read more
