On Sunday April 30 I called the office I was not able to talk to anyone But was told by a recording that walk-ins were welcome and they were open till 4 I arrived at 1:40 and was asked did I have an appointment because they were not taking anymore walk-ins I tried to explain to the receptionist that I tried calling and she was not at all interested in helping me Also the building is in need of repair and the waiting area was dirty had low light and not at all appealing or comforting. I was told to come in for a walk-in after taking a home test for COVID. I suffer from chronic bronchitis and getting COVID is very serious for me. I showed up at 10:25 (drove straight there from where I live) only to be told they are not taking anymore welkins. When I explained I had just called and was told that it stopped 10 minutes ago.
We arrived at 7:45 pm and were told that they were short-staffed and couldn’t see any more patients. We left. My husband has a heart attack

what is the point if "making an appointment" if you are gonna leave people waiting over 2 hours after they were supposed to be seen? fastmed is a joke.
I paid a $50 co pay for the doctor to give me something that she thought that would work when I specifically asked for particular medication. She than told me “ I don’t think you need that because it’s only good for this and that.” I rather go to the emergency room before I pay another doctor to set their and deny my preference of medication.
They state they’re open until 8:00pm but when you arrive at 7:30pm you will be turned away. They FAIL to inform the public online they accept walk-ins only until 6:00pm. We drove 40 minutes to get there and then was turned away. After informing the receptionist that the online information needs to be updated to let the public know the only response was a “mm-hmm” 😡
I scheduled an appointment at 12:45 pm and did not get seen until 3 pm. Should be called SlowMed.😞
When you have a SCHEDULED appointment with FastMed urgent care. Don’t expect them to honor their appointment times. EVERY time The patients are forced to wait an hour or more. The staff is not friendly (including the physicians and PAs) and have an attitude when asked why have you not been seen. I would not recommend.
