Word to the wise, find any other urgent care in the area and go there. Don't even bother making an appointment because you will NOT be seen at your appointment time. Walk-ins who came in after you get first priority for some reason. They also fail to tell you that it'll take 20+ minutes to get checked in for your said SCHEDULED appointment.

Idk why I keep coming back here. Came here when there was no wait at 8:30 when they opened and apparently they couldn't do anything. Is that not the point of urgent care. Fast forward, appointment at 3:30pm got here at 3:15, paperwork done by 3:25 and have now been here for over an hour. If you want to waste time waiting in a room for half of your day, with no amenities available; no tvs no waiting in your car text service or anything of that nature, feel free to waste your time here. Fast Med...NOT accurate. I had appointment at 10am, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and wasn't called back until 11:20! Other patients without appointments that showed up AFTER I did were called before me. I had to eventually tell the front office but still had to wait another 30 minutes before being called back. This is a huge problem!

I went there for help with an injury to my foot caused by my dog at 5 pm. I was told that I needed an appointment. I have never heard of an urgent care requiring an appointment. I told them that they were a lie of an urgent care and left. I found somewhere else that was still open, and they helped me.

I came in to see a dr whoever could see me around 6:49 pm and was told only taking ppl in who have an appointment. What?? now bc I don't have an appointment I got to go to Er! This place is Horrible! I wouldn't recommend anyone using this facility!

Don't waste your time go to the emergency room it's faster. They take walk ins sure if you get there by 9 am but you'll end up sitting there until at least 4pm waiting to be seen. If I could give negative stars I would

What kind of urgent care constantly doesn't take walk ins. It's almost like they want you to go spend $500 at the ER. ridiculous.

This place is anything but fast. I made an "appointment" for a work physical. Upon arriving I was informed that it was really a "time slot" and that sick clients would be seen first. Three hours later I am still waiting (after paying $108). I knew I was screwed when sick kids started coming in. The front desk people were abrupt and not at all welcoming. The only reason I am still here is that this is the only "fast" game in town. This town needs a Med Express badly! They know how to manage their schedule.

I honestly think they take patients with how severe their symptoms are. I made an appointment online like I was told to for 4pm and you would think because I made it online, I would get seen sooner, no! They really should put a sign out saying you're seen in the order of severity cause it's going on 2 hours since I've been in here. Also, there are only two staff people that actually are a little nicer than the one in the payment line. I'll let you do the math on that!
