Came here for an X-ray when I injured myself before driving out of town. Was not impressed. Front desk attendant was very unpleasant and curt. When I got back into see the doctor it was a PA and he literally had no personality. I told him I fell on my right side and pretty much everything hurt. He then asked me what hurt?!?! Uhhhhh no. Would not come in again.

At 730 this morning I went onto the website for Fast med to schedule an 830 appt which was confirmed via text message and email. Arrived at FastMed at 805. Upon arrival there was a blonde nurse very rude and eating food I nicely informed her that i had an 830 appt to which she asked rudely for my I'D and insurance card, was given a clipboard and told to full out papers and bring back up to them. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY! AGAIN LIKE ANOTHER PERSON I ONLY GAVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO GIVE ZERO! Front desk staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. We waited for 2 hours before the couple sitting next to us went up to the front desk to find out how much longer the wait was going to be (This was at 7:45pm). I asked the lady how long she had been waiting and she said since 1pm OVER 7 HOURS! They had checked her out of the system already and hadn't even seen the poor girl! They fact... read more

The only reason that I've given this place one star is because it wouldn't allow me to give it zero. I called ahead and used their CareCall Service to schedule an appointment for my daughter who we suspected had strep throat. I arrived 39 minutes early for the appointment. Two patients were in the waiting room. So far, we have waited 2 hours. Both other patients were called back and one has left. This is by far the WORST experience I have had at any Urgent Care Center.

They said the wait time would be approx. 2 hours, waited for over 3 hours to be seen. I could have lived with that, but the $137.50 automatically charged a month later to the debit card that I paid the $75 up front co pay with is over the top and should be illegal. My sick 19 year old daughter filled out the paper work as it was her medical history they were asking for, but my card and my signature that paid the co-pay. If you would like to wait for 2-3 hours, then get 2-3 mins with a doctor, and then be told that you need to return for another script for antibiotics(so you have to wait and pay them again)...then this is the place for you. Called for a simple antibiotic refil and staff told me not possible because it's been 10 days and they only do that up to 7 days after visit. Really?! There is only 1 Dr that works here each day and the other Dr works the next...so you will always have a long wait. The ONLY positive was Dr McClain.

I visited Fast Med for the first time yesterday and I was so frustrated, and upset to say the least. I completed all of the necessary paperwork required to register with them and provided proof of insurance and my driver's license. The receptionist then advised me that I was required to pay a Urgent Care Copay, which I was not required to do so because my deductible and out of pocket had been satisfied for the year. Absolutely horrendous place. If there was an option for zero stars I would have done that. I am currently writing this review from their waiting room because I've been waiting so long. We checked in at exactly 12:05 and right now it is 1:45 and we've been told it's going to be at least another half hour. The staff here has the worst attitudes I've ever seen at a medical facility. Takes forever to be seen. Even if you get checked in online. Just wanted to get my TB test read and my physical signed off on for school and I have to go back AGAIN tomorrow because she didn't sign off on everything that she should've. Needless to say I won't be going back.
