I tried to take my son here today and let me tell you why I didn't even stay! First, we waited 5 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Then, she didn't even come to the desk she was talking to me through a side window in the back. Then she said it would be a few minutes (she had to clean up urine from a child that went in the lobby ). Her tone was very nasty to begin with and the look on her face was horrible. Here with My daughter because I'm pretty confident she has strep throat. We called ahead and used CareCall Service to schedule an appointment so we didn't have to wait an extended amount of time. We arrived 30 minutes early. Two patients were in the waiting room. Both patients have been called back and one has left. At this point, we are 2 hours and counting. This is by far the WORST experience I have had at any Urgent Care Center.
I took my son in for a possible fractured wrist. The wait time was fine. We were seen fast. However, when the Dr came in he looked at my sons wrist but never touched his wrist. He ordered an X-ray. The results were back fast. However he told me my sons wrist was frustrated and told me to call an Ortho Dr Monday for an appointment. He put a spilt on his wrist. Paid my copay, waited, only to be told they don't treat diverticulitis or several other abdominal issues.
I usually bite my tongue but not this time. I sat for 3 1/2 hours and others went in front of me. I was from out of town and was thankful they saw me.
Four hours I spent there!! Three and half of those hours was just waiting!! Never again if I can help it
I can't believe this place still open. Their employees need to take a customer service course. They are not nice at all!!! I only went there cause my job sent me for a regular drug test. I didn't even want to be there. Waited for over 2 hours for a simple drug test. Awful place, awful service!
I will never go back to this facility. Physician Assistant Christa Fleming is the worst I've ever had to experience. If you happen to go here and see she is your provider LEAVE .. she has a nasty attitude and let me leave with unsatisfied care and walked out the room when I was still asking questions. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
