I went in to get my TB skin test read (as a walk in), and wasn't really sure of the requirements I needed. I asked the lady at the front desk if they did TB readings and she said yes... then I informed her that I would like to get mine read. She looked at me like I was stupid and said "where's the paperwork?" I told her I didn't have any paperwork and she quickly caught an attitude with me. Very rude all I have to do was take a drug test I waited so long just to pee in a cup do not go here unless you want to wait forever don't go I almost peed myself horrible place I had to go up to the counter and ask them when I could go

This has been the absolute worst place I've ever been in my entire life. Zero sense of urgency from the staff. If possible, I would have given this place ZERO stars. No one answers the phone. The nurse that took my blood spent 10 minutes putting the needle in and out of my arm trying to find my vain that was visibly showing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

The worst service ever called to make my father an appointment at 8:37 this morning to be there 9:40. To which he was told that appointments don't matter it's first come first serve. Now I have no grandfather for my kids Christmas pictures because he is still waiting to be seen. When I call the nurse who made the appointment was rude when I informed her she was the one I talked to and did not inform me that appointments don't matter...the worst place ever! The absolute WORST urgent care in Greenville. The front desk workers and occasional nurse or office manager come to the front to gossip and talk with each other as if there isn't a room full of people who need to be seen or even just checked in. Their service is slow and the workers clearly wish they were elsewhere and it shows. Please don't go unless you wish for extremely sub-par service with a frown.

One star is too high for this place! I waited for over 2 1/2hours and was told they didn't know when or IF I could be seen! I came in for a job drug screening and had all of my information prepared for them. When I FINALLY was called back, it seemed like only one person was working. Either way, something that should be a less than 5 minute procedure and maybe a 15 minute total visit time took nearly 3 hours. I don't plan on ever going back to this place! Extremely poor management.
They're really fast because, unless you have a very minor boo-boo, they don't do anything for you so you'll have to leave right quick for some other venue that can.
