RecommendedWent in and was treated very quickly. By quickly I was in the back within an hour. I know it is cold and flu time so I expected that. Got what I need and was out. Staff was friendly.
We walked in and it was very quiet, the receptionist didn't look too happy to be there but overall the care, time, and cleanliness of the facility was good. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns as a parent.
Went to there due to a cold and sore throat. Did the routine paperwork. There were four people in front of me and the wait was about an hour. Once seen the PA was very professional and discussed the plan of treatment with me. This was on a weekend and I found out that there were only three people working at that time. Due to this I don't think the hour wait wasn't bad at all.
RecommendedThe staff were nice and personable. It did take some time doing my preemployment drug screen. I saw after the fact that I could have made a zip? Apt and wouldn't have had to wait as long. I think If they advertised that more to their clients who utilize them for drug testing then they would be 5 stars.
Change the name to Don’t Care. Had a fever of 100+ & told they could see me in 3 days by appointment. The receptionist/desk clerk needs empathy training. Giving me a blank stare and smirk is not acceptable behavior when dealing with the public especially those who need medical care.
