Very misleading website, by book appointment they mean book a check in time apparently. I get there 15 minutes before a sports physical appointment for my daughter and ended up waiting over an hour after my "check-in" time before even being called back. Website needs to be updated so people don't think they have an appointment and ended up just being a walk in.
Head Doctor would not provide me medicine for my ongoing condition that I have had my whole life. I explained everything and he only would send me to the ER because "he wont treat something he doesn't know what it is" Also acted like i was dumb for even asking for it . This place is ridiculous do not recommend the head doctor is not professional and qualified.
Would not accept patients without an appointment... is this really urgent care? Earliest available appointment would have been the next day.
My wife was sick, and with it being Sunday, there were very limited options available. We live in Washington, where nothing is open on Sundays, so we had to drive to Greenville. Before coming here, I checked online to see if appointments were necessary, which, according to their website, they are not. We got here before they opened at 8, and on the door it says "no appointment needed." Got to FastMed @ 7:30 for the 8:00 opening. Told @ 8:00 & told I need an appointment. NOT LISTED on website. The person behind me did not have an appointment & talked her way in. NEVER AGAIN. Their IT department needs to list that on their website. BEWARE!!!
Website says open @ 8:00 on Sunday. Got there at 8:30, 2nd in line. When the person opened the door she said they were seeing people by appointment only. That would have been nice to put it on their website. 3 people walked in. When we were leaving the couple behind us was talking to the person at the door and let in??? So much for everyone having an appointment.
Word to the wise, find any other urgent care in the area and go there. Don't even bother making an appointment because you will NOT be seen at your appointment time. Walk-ins who came in after you get first priority for some reason. They also fail to tell you that it'll take 20+ minutes to get checked in for your said SCHEDULED appointment.
Idk why I keep coming back here. Came here when there was no wait at 8:30 when they opened and apparently they couldn't do anything. Is that not the point of urgent care. Fast forward, appointment at 3:30pm got here at 3:15, paperwork done by 3:25 and have now been here for over an hour. If you want to waste time waiting in a room for half of your day, with no amenities available; no tvs no waiting in your car text service or anything of that nature, feel free to waste your time here. Fast Med...NOT accurate. I had appointment at 10am, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and wasn't called back until 11:20! Other patients without appointments that showed up AFTER I did were called before me. I had to eventually tell the front office but still had to wait another 30 minutes before being called back. This is a huge problem!
