Staff is very patient and willing to provide explanations for any questions. We waited about half an hour to get to an exam room and both the nurse and provider were incredibly nice and helpful. Clean facilities!

I am not sure why they don't do walk-in's as advertised for school physical. I moved here and only had 30 days to get my student a NC form signed by a doctor which is a bit ridiculous in itself. So I drove 30 miles to a walk-in clinic only to be told that I needed to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the very next day and I was in and out within an hour which is not too bad. It served my purpose that day and I was able to just pay a nominal fee for it.

I always have a good experience here - great staff, especially Markis! I overheard a patient-staff interaction in the lobby in which a patient was demanding and sounded less than agreeable, but I loved how the way the front desk staff spoke back ended with them all laughing and the gentleman leaving on good terms. It could have been a confrontation if they weren't so calm and compassionate. Great location!

They are the best nurse's and doctors I have ever meet. My grandma is so sick with Covid and they have gave her the best care imaginable. Ask for mike, brandy, and Alexis are the most kind and caring people. They will take care of you! Don't listen to the bad reviews I just read they are just mean! Theses people really care about you here and treat you like family and don't judge!

I had the best visit today with kind, caring people at Fast Med. The was an internet issue due to a power outage and I was fortunate enough to get an appointment. From the receptionist, the nurse, and the Doctor, I received the full attention and respect that you would give a good friend or family member. This location has been struggling to meet the needs of everyone needing Covid test In the middle of cold and flu season. I appreciate the time these wonderful individuals gave to me.

The service I received was great however the wait time is not very well coordinated. Not sure why an appointment is necessary when the wait is the same. Also need a better check in and check out system, customer should not have to wait an additional 30 mins just to check out and receive documents

We came in for a severe finger injury. My husband was in a lot of pain and needed to see a doctor but we didn't want to go to the ER because of expense and wait times. We called and were able to get in before they closed. It took a little time to get in because there were two other people in line before us, but we couldn't be happier with the service. Love this Fastmed Clinic! This is my second time coming to this exact location and I have an amazing experience every time. Ms. Yvone at the front desk was very quick throughout the check in process, I literally had to wait only 15 minutes which is good for an urgent care. It is hard to find good clinics since I am only in Greensboro for school, I dread driving back and forth to Raleigh to see my primary care doctor every time I am sick.
