Initially, I looked up VA affiliated Urgent Care on the va.gov website. I discovered that FastMed on *********** was closest; therefore, naturally I went to that facility. I visited on Sunday June 16th. I was surprised and relieved at the operation hours. I was amazed at how easy the check-in process was. I just filled out a simple form and waited to be called. I have been coming to this location for the past 6 years when I have urgent medical conditions pop up, and I have never had an issue with this business up until this week of May 5th, 2025. The front receptionist was assisting me with my check-in and wanted to argue with me that they don't do weight restrictions for any cases other than workers compensation claims. I went into the FastMed Urgent Care, *********, **, today, at the referral of *********** Teledoc for a possible Kidney Infection. I was asked to do a urine sample at FastMed. Before the Nurse Practitioner came in I could hear her and another person discussing my care. It was odd and she was being sarcastic about whats going on with my health. I went to urgent care in ****** ** Urgent Care To get a simple Physical form complete those people should not be practicing medicine.She diagnosed me as having blood pressure issues. without checking my blood pressure. I wish I could give negative stars! They have locations on their site that are not even open anymore but still let you check in! Dont tell you until about 20 mins later, this location REFUSED to honor that check in time! I checked in online at 4:23, it is now 6:18 and we still have not been called! Big let down. Dedicated multiple years of service to this company. Accepted and was successful in multiple roles. Promoted multiple times. Upper management are all snakes. Very manipulative. My director had no problem being dishonest even when face to face. Pop up policies, that takes advantage of ancillary staffing. No consistency. Collection of patient data, is over redundant. Collection of SS numbers in an unsecured environment puts patient Information at risk.
Went in for a basic physical. My height is completely in correct. My vision was better with corrective lenses on but the review show no difference. My blood pressure is unusually low because the cuff wasn't correctly used as the velcro on it wasn't adhering to the device. I am fove foot seven not five foot five! This made my BMI incorrect! I wasted my money here.
