The experience was well done. Marjay made the sign-in process seamless. She was very cordial even though very busy. Priscilla made us feel very welcome. Sahar provided a lot of info on what to do and when. Overall good experience.

One of the best urgent cares I've been to, Marjay was very quick with my check in and super nice! Nicole was very professional, helped diagnose me without problems. Priscilla was very sweet and welcoming. Overall I would recommend this place over all others. Will be back if I have any other issues.

The people here at the West Market location are so helpful and nice! I had an appt at the Battleground location and they told me it didn’t matter that I had an appt the wait time was still over 500 minutes so they sent me to West Market and the lady at the front desk was so awesome and informed me I would be a priority first over walk-ins since I set up an appt. I was in and out in less than an hour! Highly recommend this location over the others. Thanks guys!
