Super happy with my experience. Came in on a Friday as a walkin, was told I can book an appointment for tomorrow or wait in the lobby for a possible opening, I opted to come in the next day. Made an appointment - was in and out in under an hour including filling out my paperwork and getting tests run. Got prescription filled at the pharmacy across the street. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Instead of taking a chance on walk in I made an appointment. I was greeted when I walked in. Filled out some paperwork on a tablet. Then was called back to the exam room right at my appointment time. Dr came in shortly thereafter. Examined me. Then offered a couple test, which I declined. But overall very friendly and professional. I'd definitely come back. But make an appointment everybody wants to walk in and it's a crap shoot when you'll be seen.
Mr.Brian needs a raise, I needed a test to start college and after another urgent care clinic canceled my appointment last minute I called FastMed and Mr.Brian got me scheduled and done within an hour. Unbelievably lively place and amazing people.

3 stars is about right. Waited 1:30 even though I had an appointment - why did I even bother? I filled out all the paperwork online, but still had to fill it all out again when I was in the clinic. 3 minute with the ...dr? PA? Who knows - she didn't introduce herself. Wouldn't give a prescription because the items could be purchased OTC (ps: with a prescription, I don't have to pay bc of my insurance). If they put you in the room & try to ignore you for 30 more minutes like they did me, try this hack: open the door.

I fell off my roof and had a large gash in my leg. It required 17 stitches. They saw me immediately and did a wonderful job sewing it up. The only reason I give them four stars is because it took an emergency for me to consider using them again. With that said, I'll consider it a bad experience and upgrade my approval to 5 stars if I have another positive experience.

The wait was about 3 hours, but they were busy. I feel like they could definitely use more help. Although my wait was long, I was treated well and I wasn't rushed once I was called to the back. They took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable. That in itself probably contributed to my long wait, so I'm not gonna complain because they took the time with each person they saw before me. Their level of compassion and customer service were outstanding given the fact that they were busy and likely understaffed.

UPDATE: Management has contacted me and taken the necessary steps to apologize for my terrible experience. I think it says a lot for an organization if management would take the time to respond to a post on Yelp. I may come back to this urgent care down the road if I need to.

The check-in staff was kind to me but I observed a lot of unprofessional and unkind behavior from her towards others in the waiting room. The actual medical staff was courteous, professional, respectful in conduct with my 5 year old, and efficient. We were here for a school physical and received what we needed. I would not recommend or return here unless I really had no other option, but our experience was much better than I was expecting after the other very bad reviews. Was skeptical after reading some reviews but my experience was excellent! Elizabeth on the front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming and the young lady Sharifa that did my triage was also very patient and thorough...the Dr Mr Caceres was efficient and had a great table side manner keep up the good work!
