Felicia was a pleasure to work with. She had our best interest in mind and was very helpful in finding the right home. Once the purchase agreement was signed the assistance from Felicia did not stop. She assisted through the whole process and responded to any questions or issues in a timely manner. Felicia was had both parties best interest in mine, ours (purchaser) and the seller. Felicia was recommended by our children who all have purchased homes with Felicia's assistance. We are so glad we used Felicia!

Short Version: I can't recommend Felicia enough. Her knowledge about the entire buying & selling process is incredible. I firmly believe we got a higher sales price and sold way faster because of Felicia. Long Version: We spoke with four realtors including Felicia when exploring whether we'd be able to sell our home. Felicia was extremely helpful throughout every step of purchasing our new home. She is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Felicia is incredible to have on your side. She is passionate about her work, and a true resource for her buyers and sellers. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Felicia while relocating back to WI. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative, well-researched, and fun to work with. She helped us find a great house, and was patient and understanding (even after we saw 12+ houses).
