I had to sell a house from two states away. Felicia made everything easy and took care of everything that came up. It could have taken a lot longer to sell/close if I had to resolve them by traveling to Kenosha. I didn't even have to attend the closing.

I seriously wish I could give Felicia more stars! Five just isn't enough. She was amazing in every aspect and worked with us through every step of the way. Felicia is the model of a real-estate professional. She is a very likeable, friendly person and easy to work with. Felicia is the best! She sold our home in 6 days, 6 months ahead of schedule and had even found us a rental since we sold earlier than we thought we would. She sold our friends house a year earlier in only 1 day. She is the best in the business, and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the buying and selling process. Felicia was a pleasure to work with. She had our best interest in mind and was very helpful in finding the right home. Once the purchase agreement was signed the assistance from Felicia did not stop. She assisted through the whole process and responded to any questions or issues in a timely manner. Felicia was had both parties best interest in mine, ours (purchaser) and the seller. Felicia was recommended by our children who all have purchased homes with Felicia's assistance. We are so glad we used Felicia!

Short Version: I can't recommend Felicia enough. Her knowledge about the entire buying & selling process is incredible. I firmly believe we got a higher sales price and sold way faster because of Felicia. Long Version: We spoke with four realtors including Felicia when exploring whether we'd be able to sell our home.
