Felicia is the best real estate agent in Kenosha. She is responsive and gets the job done quickly. Due to a job transfer, my wife and I had to move out of state. She showed up with the photographer already booked and comps pulled. She laid out the plan to sell the home as quickly as possible and she definitely sold it quickly. First impressions are everything these days and Felicia responded to my email within 5 minutes! She is very personable and a joy to work with when selling a home. The entire process would be more enjoyable if all realtors were like Felicia. In addition, her assistant Sue was very responsive to our requests for information.

We used Felicia Werk Pavlica to sell my mother's home. We were told that she would do her best to make this as easy and smooth as possible. We were not disappointed. The reason I first choose her was because in my own neighborhood she sold approx. 6 or 7 homes this past couple years between 6 to 27 days and everyone got asking price or at least close to it...

I have worked with Felicia multiple times and each time she has done everything in her power to make buying and selling a house an easy transition. She has gone above and beyond the call of a realtor. She is truly an amazing lady and so easy to work with, if you a looking for a realtor that will be there for you and get your house sold, I would highly recommend Felicia and I already have to friends and potential home buyers.

Felicia was very professional, helpful and informative in the sale of my Mom's home.
