Felicia is the best real estate agent in Kenosha. She is responsive and gets the job done quickly. Due to a job transfer, my wife and I had to move out of state. She showed up with the photographer already booked and comps pulled. She laid out the plan to sell the home as quickly as possible and she definitely sold it quickly. First impressions are everything these days and Felicia responded to my email within 5 minutes! She is very personable and a joy to work with when selling a home.
