Professional, honest and genuinely cares about her clients. Top rated agent and she earns it! Goes above and beyond to make sure an already stressful situation is as least stressful as possible! Felicia was amazing to work with! Not only was she able to sell our home quickly, but she made us feel as if we were her main priority! I personally love the fact she has the ability to use electronic signatures throughout the process (minus final document). Felicia is the best real estate agent in Kenosha. She is responsive and gets the job done quickly. Due to a job transfer, my wife and I had to move out of state. She showed up with the photographer already booked and comps pulled. She laid out the plan to sell the home as quickly as possible and she definitely sold it quickly.
