I can't say enough good things about Felicia. She was recommended to my husband and I, from our Banker. We took his advice and I'm so happy we did. She had a professional come to our home and help us stage our house to make it most apealing to potential buyers., ,brought in a photographer who took amazing pictures ect. Our house sold in two days and we were offered full price. I will recommend her to anyone.

Felicia is an excellent realtor! She helped us sell our home and did a fabulous job. She communicated with us every step of the way. She was very responsive to our needs and we always felt she was available for us. She is now helping us to find our next home. I wouldn't call anyone else!

From start to finish my experience with Felicia was nothing short of excellence. She knows how to get things done, my home was on the market for no more then 17 days, she got it sold and at the price I was looking for. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

When my wife and I made the decision to sell our first house together, we know that we wanted it to be a quick and painless process. Lots of emotions were tied to the house and we didn't want it to be a long process. Felicia was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating to my current situation and even worked with me to help me make sure we could get the rental property. Her and her husband are an incredible duo and always make sure that issues with the property are taken care almost immediately. I would recommend Felicia to anyone who was looking for property to rent or buy. She is really a joy to work with!

Ok here it goes.... let me tell you a story about a lady named Felicia. We did our homework and looked for a top agent to buy a new house in the Kenosha area. After researching and talking to many, Felicia came out on top. She found us a great house, helped us negotiate, and walked us through everything. I initially chose Felicia after doing a web search for local real estate professionals. Felicia stuck out due to her local success and positive reviews. I knew going into my sale that I would most likely be stuck with a short sale on a condo that I purchased in 2005. Felicia was extremely helpful, and referred me to an attorney who could assist with the short sale process. My wife and I moved away from Kenosha and rented our house out for a few years before deciding to sell. Felicia did a great job finding our tenants so we went with her to sell the house as well. Living away from Kenosha, I thought the process would be very painful, but thanks to her help it was simple.
