Felicia was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating to my current situation and even worked with me to help me make sure we could get the rental property. Her and her husband are an incredible duo and always make sure that issues with the property are taken care almost immediately. I would recommend Felicia to anyone who was looking for property to rent or buy. She is really a joy to work with!

Ok here it goes.... let me tell you a story about a lady named Felicia. We did our homework and looked for a top agent to buy a new house in the Kenosha area. After researching and talking to many, Felicia came out on top. She found us a great house, helped us negotiate, and walked us through everything. I initially chose Felicia after doing a web search for local real estate professionals. Felicia stuck out due to her local success and positive reviews. I knew going into my sale that I would most likely be stuck with a short sale on a condo that I purchased in 2005. Felicia was extremely helpful, and referred me to an attorney who could assist with the short sale process. My wife and I moved away from Kenosha and rented our house out for a few years before deciding to sell. Felicia did a great job finding our tenants so we went with her to sell the house as well. Living away from Kenosha, I thought the process would be very painful, but thanks to her help it was simple.
