Felicia and her team are a dream to work with! Felicia listens well, uses good judgement, and her experience shines through during every stage of the selling process. Her transaction coordinator is extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Her photographer created an impeccable online spread of our property which attracted showings instantly, and we had an offer a day later. We another offer the following day. I am so glad we found her.

Working with Felicia and her staff surpassed my expectations. From their professional advice on how to prepare my home for showings, scheduling at convenient times, dependable communication, explaining offers and options to the offers, I was very comfortable with my home in her hands.
