Felicia and her team exceeded my expectations; they were responsive, efficient and professional. She works with a professional photographer who captured Perfect photos of our property and we had immediate showings the next day as well as an offer. It was unbelievable!

Working with Felicia and her staff surpassed my expectations. From their professional advice on how to prepare my home for showings, scheduling at convenient times, dependable communication, explaining offers and options to the offers, I was very comfortable with my home in her hands.
