I will never ever again get insurance by this company. I will never turn anyone on to this insurance company. My car got stolen Sept 14th 2023 and was never recovered. Right now it's Dec 13th 2023 and I'm still waiting on my claim to be closed. I done paid three car notes, three months of insurance on a car that doesn't exist to me any more. These folks never answer the phone, nor keep in touch with you to make you feel at ease on the claim process. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would! I signed up for coverage from First Acceptance Insurance in September 2023 from the Sharon H*** office in PA, because they had given me the "cheapest" rate, dumb idea to look up auto quotes online! They charged me $421 for 1 month of insurance bc they added fees I was not told about for 3 months o had been paying 337 not even full coverage then all out of no where 421 stay way they do not care

I was looking for full coverage auto insurance so I talked to a Sales Rep. and price was low so i signed up.THE SALES REP KNEW HE WAS HUSTLING ME. The same day found out It was not the insurance I needed. I called back and cancelled the same day. I talked to a rep.and told i would get a call back or email. If I could leave zero I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!! It's for your own good. I explained to the sales rep exactly what I needed on my policy, when I was quoted, I asked again about the specifics of the policy, due to my driving history I have specific things I HAVE TO HAVE, he assured me it was. I got a non owner policy with them on September 7th and my next payment was due on September 22nd. I received a notice stating that my policy would lapse on October 7th. I called today on October 5th and was told that my policy had lapsed at 12:01 am today! Customer service explained that I have an “ Equity Policy”. No one could properly explain what this is or why my payment is due 2 weeks after my down payment. I was also told that I would not get a cheaper policy with any other insurance company. I was hit on Thursday 9/21/2023. I filed a claim on Thursday as well. It is now Tuesday 9/26 and I have not heard a peep from them. They want my money, but do NOT want to contact you when it's time to use the insurance. The accident isn't even my fault. My car is BRAND NEW. A 2023. Don't get this insurance if you want to talk to someone. This is my first accident and I don't know what I am supposed to do...

I was lied to by a person at acceptance when buying a car. I was told that they are not doing full coverage in GA when I was getting it but that someone could call me back in a few days to get set up for full coverage. I called the next day because the bank wouldn’t let me take the car without full coverage they then told me they don’t do full coverage on any car 2018 or newer.
