Loss for words. Saying your concerned about the customer. “NOT”. Do what is right!!! Jessica if you can open an account in 10 minutes & do I right ... demonstrate. If you truly cared about the member those words would of never come out of your mouth.

The Drive Thru service is closed on Saturdays. I can't imagine why closing on Saturdays can be due to Covid 19? Drive Thru services should be open on Saturdays especially since lobbies are closed on Saturdays. This is a disservice to your clients.

Our call center (MCC) is open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to help answer any questions. You can also use our ATMs to deposit and withdraw funds and Online Banking to view your balances, transactions and remote deposit. Thank you for your understanding and membership.
