Very slowl very slow and little interest in serving on the part of the cashiers

Having to wait, busy staff were observed. Tried using the app to schedule/appointment but found I had to enter my password twice.?

Could not leave this bank fast enough. First of all, they charge for everything. My debit card never arrive in the mail, and they wanted to charge $5 for each one. I've now requested copies of statements that I no long have access to, and they are $3 each - complete rip off! The biggest headache was the number of times our card was suspended for making online purchases for our business. I had a great first experience. The lady that helped me was patient and helped me throughout the whole process. The lady’s name was Tracy Gonzales. I went to the Jefferson First Mark branch.

The services are not good you have to talk to a machine and wait for a long time and sometimes once thay answer the call just hangs up like they did it on purpose and then they are closed on Saturday when you need them the most.
