I was in a car accident, the other driver was at fault. His insurance paid off the balance on my car, which was being financed by FirstMark and the people at FirstMark were extremely helpful in the financing the used vehicle that I purchased at a dealership that was also very impressed with the work that FirstMark does to help it’s members. So was I. Nikki Estrada at the 122 Donaldson branch and Matthew C. Bohr at the 11530IH-35 North branch were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just went to the branch located at Culebra. All I wanted to do was make a deposit to my account. I sadly learned that the atm is very close and next to the person teller service. I waited 20 minutes. I did not see any move from the customer in front of me. Supossedly he was doing a person to person transaction. But he was blocking the atm with his vehicle. Horrible Bank. I agree with Jim Denning "Firstmark has an amazing gift for making simple tasks prohibitively complex. Every time I call card services I get transferred 3 times where I have to give my acct number all 3 times. Im on hold for ten minutes and after 15 damn minutes I'm told their system is down and can't help me! I'm closing this damn account and moving to Security Service!

I've been with firstmark before it was changed from teacher c.u. I was 15yrs old when I got married 1985 and added my spouse then you all changed my account to a duel account my spouse somehow became the person in charge of the account . Thxs for being a family bank by helping us
