I had a 9:30 a,m appointment with Alice Pereles. However, a wall-in family occupied her time from before 9:25 am (when I arrived until around 10:30 am. I was about ready to leave when the branch mamager pulled me into his office and set up two new CD's. I don't know why I bothered to set up the appointment if walk-in's go ahead of those with appintments.
Setting up the pre loan was really excellent. Cruz Alaniz very professional & helpful. Actually trying to get the loan assured while trying to buy a car was not as smooth. In all, we probably had to talk to 5 different associates. Had we not continued to call it would have not been completed. The problem seems to be a first come first serve model so one can never talk to the same person. All were helpful but the experience not good.
Well it's was ok ,,only took to long,never had been to long in a bank just to open a account.

I was in on a Friday at the location on Huebner and had the MOST difficult time. All I asked for was an updated debit card as my card was expiring. First of all i was greeted in the most unfriendly way. And furthermore was told I couldn't do it. I've banked with Firstmark over 8 yrs and never have I been treated this way. Roxanne, supervisor was absolutely unprofessional. I will be taking my investments elsewhere. I called customer service and was able to get a new card after all in the branch. At first I attempted to open a CD account online. Filling out info, one question ask my duration of retirement. I provided that information. At the end of the process where one can review your application, instead of saying “duration of retirement” it says “duration of employment”. That is two VERY DIFFRENT periods, retirement vs employment. Due to this glitch, I had to call into the FMCU service center and have a customer service representative complete the application. A breach occurred and FMCU is not interested in determining the cause. The breach did not involve a loss of funds, evidence was presented and still no explanation.
My experience was very professional. Ms. Dulce Alvarez was very well presentable. She answered all my questions I had and went out of her way to ask me if l had more question about the loan just to let her know. She explained herself very professional. I would like to say that the assistance we received was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend Your financial service to anyone needing help. Alice Perales assisted yesterday and then we were assisted by Destiny today. They were both great.
