My dog can't wait to get out of the car and sad to leave when he stays here! Love the outdoor park and pool where he can play and socialize. Staff is friendly and helpful. Knowing he is happy while we are away gives a peace of mind! Considering the doggy day care to keep him active and happy while away in the day!!!!

We love the Folsom Dog Resort and so does our amazing Rhodesian Ridgeback pup, Lea! She's always loved and adored immediately upon our arrival! We highly recommend this dog resort for anyone who has a dog that they consider family!

I'm always shocked by the bill, but they have a nice facility and the dog always returns happy. If you look at the boarding facilities at some of the chain stores, it's pretty dismal. Small cages and concrete rooms to play in. This place is the exact opposite. You'll feel fine leaving your pet with FDR, but try not to get sucked into the costly blueberry facials, etc. Unless you're into that... in which case, this place is for you.

Best money I have ever spent on my dogs!!! I have tried other dog trainers with terrible training. Stacy did a fabulous job with my 5 mo old pup! They kept her for a week which was hard on me cuz I missed her, but she came back a whole new dog with structure and confidence. I would recommend Folsom Dog Resort to anyone! I may seem pricey but it is worth ever single penny!

I am very pleased with my newly trained dog. I tried going to a 6 week class at a pet store and we had some progress with my dog, but not enough to make me happy. After Maddy's 10 day stay at Folsom Dog Resort she is a brand new dog. I love how balanced and calm she is now. We can go on walks, she doesn't jump on people anymore, she's not barking like crazy, she doesn't destroy the house anymore. The only thing I would want more is if they had web cameras. My RESCUE dog stayed here for 7 days and we had no issue at home after she came home! She is 5 years old and when she was 2 I tried to board her, she was not only horrible but I don't feel the staff understood her needs. Originally I had signed her up and was willing to pay for extra one on one time with a professional staff member. She did so well I her group setting they called me and told me I wouldn't need to have to pay the extra amount! And during her stay when they had "group time" she didn't play with the other dogs.... read more

We had our 1 year old dog stay here during the 4th of July weekend and was pleased on how well he did. When we called they explained that the base package is just for boarding and you can add on different levels of activities and snacks. We decided on a package with outdoor water-time play sessions since our dog loves water and it was summer time. I have not used the trainers yet. But have boarded my dog and used the day care. She loves this place, she gets soooo excited as soon as we get near there. Everyone is nice and helpful and take great care of my dog. Definitely recommend.
