I don't care about your app.one of your techs came to my house to look at my refrigerator.he said it needed a condenser.i have a home service plan and they require a estimate with the company name and address,my name and address and a diagnosis of whats wrong.the tech left me text with company name,my name and list of items my refrigerator needs.they would'nt accept it.i waited 8 days for them to send me a estimate that my home service plan would accept.i'm still waiting.i called another tech.

After spending 10min inputting my personal info and going over the optional upgrades & legal info It stopped after the first screen asking what my appliance brand was. A nice waste of my Saturday morning. I googled a local shop and they just answered my call. A bonus in they explained how fix it for free. My circuit was tripped in the basement.

Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who work at the app. There are no actual experts on this app. If you need help with something in your home, support a local business and hire a real professional. This is a waste of time.
