$20 FEE for disconnection Notice!!!!They charge you for issuing an electronic disconnection notice... This is insane. RUN!!! Do not use this company. If for any reason you get disconnected, they also charge you $10.37 for a reconnection Fee and an additional $10.37 for disconnection fee, plus a 5% late payment penalty fee. This is legal? robbery. RUN, choose literally any another company.

This company sucks, I was 5 days late on paying my bill due to, I had to go out of town on a family emergency, these ass holes sent me a termination notice 5 days after it was pass due.WTF. I would never refer anyone to these people

Beware, Frontier started out to be a Great electric company. When my original contract ran out , Frontier only offered me two HIGH rates to pick from. My electric bill went really high. Hard to get someone to talk to. They did not warn me when my contract was ready to expire, I just received a $500 electric bill. Now after doing me wrong, they want to charge me $200 for switching electric companies. We are elderly and on Social Security, they didn't care at all. Sadly, I can't write a good review. I tried to obtain service from Frontier a week ago. Unfortunately, when I applied they wanted a deposit. I'm a business owner and pay for electric with my home, having been with my current provider over 6 years.. The most horrible, dishonest, and misleading company I have ever delt with. When I decided to change my provider, I called and asked in detailed to make sure of all the charges ,and making sure what I would be expecting in my bill detailly, no hidden fees or anything, I was lied and misled when I was told that 19.98 would be including all the fees , like delivery and all other fees, accept tax. 4974 KWH mistake. No one from frontier can explain why in 10 days( June 27 to July 07, 2022) I used 4974kwh, but in twenty day (July 08 to July 27, 2022) I used about 2554 kwh. This is a mistake that no one can explain or get back with me about the error. In my house we did not change anything other than my meter reader was changed with the first 10 days in July which was on July 7, 2022. ATTENTION!!! This is fraud!!! They bought all positive feedback. I used PECO initially, and, then, changed to this provider because they offered initially lower pricing. That was fraud!!! I paid them $0.15 per kW instead I could pay PECO $0.07 per kW. Please see the my bill with the pricing attached.
