I've been with this company for over a year now for some reason I've already been hit two bills in one month twice now not sure what they're really doing seems like they're doing some shady shit so I will get an attorney to investigate on this I wouldn't recommend them I got send an invoice for the main address it was due by August 1st, when they back door me with the second address which is fine but they put the bill that was due on August 1st and with this bill which made it do August 10th I paid them $240 now they hit me... read more

Do not believe what they say you are going to be charged I’m paying double of what I was told even though I stay in the margin this company is a total scam don’t wastes your hard earned money

This company uses deceptive practices when advertising their electricity rates. Instead of an $0.08/kwh rate, my real world rate is closer to $0.18/kwh. Over twice the rate I signed up for. At this point it is cheaper to move my electric to a different provider and pay the $150 cancellation fee. No wonder this company has a ONE star rating on powertochoose.org. It would be ZERO if that were allowed.

BEWARE! WORST COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM! My husband called them 2 weeks ago to confirm transfer of service to a new location for 1st of July, and maintain service at existing location for a few days as well. Our contact expires in the last week of July. On July 1st, my husband called them at 8:30 am to confirm that everything was in order as the movers were on their way. The worst customer service. The people answering the phones don’t know anything outside the script they are instructed to read. The amount of apologies is pretty annoying considering they haven’t done anything wrong. The problem is nothing gets done. With the many customer services ppl I spoke to tell me the same thing. Extremely frustrating. I requested an emergency setup at 8am and called @ 6pm and still no update. Just switched to Frontier and I am not pleased. Their customer service is nil. Called and talked to a representative about. Idling and she could not answer any of my questions and I could not understand her due to her heavy accent. Have contacted them twice by email and have yet to get an answer . Sorry I chose Frontier.

Terrible. You are dealing with incompetent people. Can’t tell the difference between June and July. Asked to start power in July, after my contract expired from GEXXA! And the incompetent lady changed it in June. Now being charged a termination fee. Which I’m not paying. Have spent hours to get resolved and inept people won’t resolve.I guess I will visit the offices. Don’t join. Not even one star. Zero.

They don't do what they say. Tell you one thing but they do something else. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
