Brett and his company was great to work with. I had several questions about my refi which were usually answered the same day. During our refinance, interest rates dropped. Brett made the changes so I could lock in at the lower rate without me having to ask. This is the second time I have worked with Mr. Stimpson. I would do business with him again and woulnd't hesitate to refer my family and friends. The closing was scheduled at my house which which was convenient for me and my wife.

I have re-financed with four times over the past few years. Every single time, Brett has delivered exactly what he provided in the good faith and helped me work through various issues leading up to closing.
