Fast, kept things moving. Low fees and explained it all so it made sense. No problems. Closed when he said we would close, fees were all what he said at the start.

Brett was very helpful in getting our refinance done. He got us a great rate and helped us through all of the paperwork. My only complaint, and this was not a huge deal, was that his assistant rushed us to close. I never received a phone call or email asking to close. Finally I called Brett's assistant to find out when we were going to close and she said that she had been trying to get a hold of me to schedule the close and we needed to close by the next day, even though I had not seen any phone calls missed or emails from h... read more

I had a great experience refinancing with Brett. I got a great rate. I wanted to change my loan amount at the last minute and it was done quickly. Also, they rushed to get my closing done, allowing me to avoid several hundred dollars in additional interest rate charges. And, when I was about $150 short on closing costs, they worked with the title company to lower my fees. Overall, very smooth and bottom line: I got a great rate with low closing costs.

I couldn't believe how easy our refinance was! Brett and his collegues made the process easy for us and it was much faster than I thought possible to get it through. We were under a bit of a time crunch, but made it within three weeks from beginning to end. They kept us informed all along the way and we never really had any doubt that things would work out. My refinance experience with Brett was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the best rates and options available to my situation. Brett always responded to questions I had via email or by phone promptly. A few times I emailed him in the evening and assumed I wouldn't hear back from until the following day, but he would email me back that very night!
